2. Academic backbone teachers

1) Professor / Researcher

Compensation, benefits and working conditions:

Position: appointed as a professor (researcher), teacher career establishment; qualified, awarded doctoral supervisor qualification.

Salary: According to the work effect and the year-end assessment, the average school level salary is 330,000 + (pre-tax).

Housing: in line with the national and school policies, we will provide a monetary housing subsidy of 1 million + yuan (before tax), a resettlement fee of 100,000 yuan, and a special allowance for college talent introduction (case by one discussion).

Scientific research funds: 300,000 yuan +.

2) Associate professor / associate researcher

3. Lecturer & Zhishan Postdoctoral fellow

Job requirements: 24 consecutive months of overseas study or work experience in famous universities or scientific research institutions abroad, good academic background, strong innovation vitality and academic potential in relevant academic fields, and the ability to engage in scientific research work independently.

Compensation, benefits and working conditions:

2) Full-time scientific research post

job requirements:

A) Researcher position: less than 50 years old at the time of first employment, overseas assistant professor or above, or a particularly excellent overseas university doctor, or a famous domestic university or research institution with associate senior or above title, published many high-level research papers, domestic applicants have presided over at least one national project.

B)  Associate researcher position: less than 45 years old at the time of first employment, excellent postdoctoral or doctoral degree in well-known universities and research institutions at home and abroad, published many high-level research papers, and domestic applicants have hosted at least one scientific research project at or above the provincial level.

C)  Assistant researcher position: age under 40 at the time of first employment, with doctoral degree.

D) Research assistant position: no more than 30 years old at the time of first employment, and you should have a bachelor's degree or above in principle.

Compensation, benefits and working conditions:

Salary level: The salary of full-time scientific research series personnel is implemented by agreement salary system, consisting of basic salary and reward salary, with researcher 300,000 +, associate researcher 240,000 +, and assistant researcher 18 +.
