男,1977年生。获西安交大学士和硕士、日本京都大学博士学位;美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校(UCSD)博士后;2009 -2011年任美国Drexel大学研究助理教授;2011年任东南大学城市工程科学技术研究院教授、城市高效运营与安全保障研究所副所长。发表期刊和国际会议论文30余篇。负责国家自然科学基金、教育部博士点基金等多个项目,作为主要研究人员参与多项美国自然科学基金(NSF)、美国科学技术标准委员会(NIST)创新项目(TIP)和美国联邦公路局(FWHA)桥梁长期性能(LTBP)项目。具有多座大跨桥梁的实测和数据分析经验,其中对美国Throgs Neck大桥的安全评估工作在国际会议上以特邀主题报告的形式发表。任Engineering StructuresEarthquake Engineering & Structural Dynamics 16个国际期刊的审稿人;美国桥梁维护和安全学会(IABMAS)、日本土木工程学会(JSCE)等6个专业学会会员;多次国际会议副主席、分会主席或科学委员会委员; Structural Control and Health MonitoringSCIEI双收录期刊)编委, 国际智能结构健康监测协会(ISHMII)理事。2012年入选国家中组部青年千人计划。
